What is in the way is fear
During safaris to Tanzania I am happy to take you on an inner journey. A journey with the goal to connect more with who you really are; relaxed, lively, connected, clear, free and loving. It is possible that after taking part of a mindful safari, you want to continue on the same road. Or maybe you don’t want a safari, but you do want to be coached by disconnecting from limiting patterns and feeling more free and connected. That is possible with the help of individual coaching (also possible by phone/skype).
Everyone wants to feel connected, loving, powerful, clear and free. Therefore you need to be relaxed. I have realised that there is nothing else in the way but fear. Tension and fear are always coming together.
When you think of fear, you will probably think directly of unpleasant situations. Situations like the loss of your job, your partner, your house, your kids. You maybe think of losing control, being alone or being abused. In Africa there will be fear for hunger or thirst, cold or drought. You could call the the fear for the negative. You properly work on this fear if thing go less. But how about the fear to live to the fullest?
Maybe you’ll recognize this example:
- you are breathing high in the chest, instead of relaxed into the belly
- you let yourself go on a party, you sang wholeheartedly or danced wild and the next day you feel shame
- you receive a compliment and you don’t know where to look or you start to blush
- you notice how scary it is to look someone in the eye longer then a moment, especially if you find him or her attractive
Many of your fears have to do with nice feelings, free movements, spontaneous expressions, being strong or even wild, visible enjoyment, showing love or being happy unabashed. People can even be afraid to be intelligent, enthousiast, lovable or honest. You could call this the fear for the positive.
